PKmode says:

That saves me the rental charge on the 100-400GM and SEL20TC. Maybe I’ll try the 1.4 yet.

simons700 says:

Unfortunately there are no good options for tele shooters on Sony yet…

Me YnP says:

I have Tamron 150-600 for Canon, using it with MC-11 adapter is slow when shooting bird. Like you say, I would rather wait for Sigma introducing the 150-600 for Sony mount.

Maher Ibrahim says:

Or you can just have a Canon camera and the amazing selection of super telephoto lens at incredible price and incredible speed and sharpness that is proven for years!

rob bonner says:

Great review

Mhikko Izumi says:

can i attach the 70-200f4 to an apsc?

Cimol Cam says:

Please review Sigma 100-400mm + MC-11

Shang-Hsien Yang says:

I’ve ordered this lens. But no one in the universe could answer me if the 28-75 could support the 20fps drive speed of the a9. Tamron’s Facebook page asked me to write Tamron’s tech support, which ignored my email completely. Do you know the answer?

dematson says:

Excellent video! I use the 100-400 GM with my A7R3 and the 1.4TC. In addition, I set a custom button to crop mode which gives me 800mm without having to use the 2XTC which has poor IQ and less light. This is not a low light combination but… I can hand hold the shots and actually carry the combination on short hikes. I photograph eagles and bighorn sheep and am happy with the results. If I had lots of money and could do all ‘drive-bys’ I would get the 400 2.8 when it becomes available.

allenm7 says:

what do you think of the 18-200 lens?

Tom Eden says:

Will the 70-300 work well on crop sensor?

Alex Patun says:

I’d like to see the review of a6500 with Sigma 150-600, please.

Martin Oakes says:

Can you do a review on the Sony A7 iii using an MC11 with a Sigma 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM | C. Thanks.

Scott Benjamin says:

Great video, thanks! I have been struggling with a new lens for my A7s, I like the 70-200 2.8 but need to go longer. For the same price I was considering getting the a6500 and the 70-200 f4 to give me more reach and still decent in low light. I have a Sony a77ii but want to get away from having 2 different lens mounts and I don’t like using adapters. I do a lot of shooting of marching bands under stadium lights and in indoor concert settings. Thoughts?

Chris Barr says:

I would love to see some A-Mount Glass with an LA-EA3 converter on the newer cameras AF systems like the A7III.

Liam Riley says:

None. Get the Sigma 100-400mm.

Also, you won’t be able to send your 120-300mm to sigma for a mount conversion to e-mount. The new e-mount sigma art lenses include a built in adapter which is why they are longer than the canon and nikon versions. You wont just be able to get the dslr versions converted to e-mount from canon, nikon or sigma mounts.

theslowrider says:

ALL of them!!

Lance McCaughan says:

the 2x works well (yes f11)

Eric Clarke says:

Hey Danny, with only 2 options for f2.8 which is the E mount and A mount adapted , both too expensive for me. How would a Tamron G2 70-200 2.8 Canon mount with mc-11 adaptor compare to the 2 Sony options?

David Ortega says:

Hi great vídeo, i want take concert photos wich it’s better 70-200 f4 or 24-240 about sharpness

Jessica Ash says:

How would the 100 to 400 work on a a6500? I’m looking for more reach as in wildlife. I use the 55 to 210 and have been pretty pleased. I want to know if it is worth the money for the 100 to 400?

Mykel B says:

Did I mis your review of the Metabones adapter? You seem to be steering folks to Sony lenses. I love the Canon glass on my Sony and with the last firmware update to the adapter my autofocus speeds have dramatically increased. Yes I will get Sony lenses but don’t continue to throw shade on Metabones without an honest assessment.

Evaldas Kal says:

Would the 55-210 be sufficient for a safari ride? I’m planing to go on one with A6000 But I have doubts about sharpness of lens. Otherwise I’d probably rent some lens for a trip.

David Backeberg says:

Hi, Have you tried the 100-400 with an A7Riii in APSc mode?

Russ Lee says:

I really want 100-400 GM but it’s expensive so I wanna looking at sigma 150-600 but it’s not native
